I see my kitchen as a sanctuary and a science lab. When I cook I often am exploring and doing some kind of experiment--some times they turn out fantastic and than other times well---take the corn muffin experiment---it didn't turn out too well---but hey I had good bread crumbs for the fantastic Salmon Patties that were a great success
